Software Engineer and co-founder with over ten years of experience building backend systems and scalable software platforms. His career combines a strong technical foundation with deep product involvement, connecting technology decisions with real business needs. Currently a Software Engineer at Mercado Libre, working on high-complexity, high-volume platforms under demanding quality, performance, and reliability standards. Specialized in Python, Go, and Java on modern cloud architectures, primarily AWS. His trajectory includes evolving legacy systems into modern service-oriented architectures, giving him a pragmatic perspective on informed technical decisions that prioritize impact, simplicity, and scalability.
Hernan Paredes
Co-Founder & Software Engineer
Software Engineer dedicated to building systems with direct impact on organizational operations. He thrives on complex projects: modernizing platforms, integrating new technologies, and transforming legacy systems into more efficient solutions. Currently involved in large-scale financial and banking projects, collaborating on the evolution of production systems for complex organizations. His technical foundation spans fullstack development and enterprise platforms, with strong specialization in GeneXus, Python, React, API architecture, and Cloud environments. He actively integrates AI and intelligent automation as value layers on existing systems, focused on optimizing processes, improving data analysis, and boosting operational efficiency with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.
